Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ServioCS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ServioCS provides ten software products delivered as subscription-based SaaS products or public web tools accessible via browser:

• RestaurantCS — Staff scheduling, timeclock, task management, team communications, and document management for restaurants and hospitality businesses.
• CustomerCS — Customer loyalty, rewards programs, customer profiles, and promotions for service businesses.
• StaffingCS — Workforce visibility, placement tracking, compliance management, and GPS-verified field check-in for staffing agencies.
• DustShieldCS — Silica dust exposure logging, OSHA Table 1 control tracking, threshold alerts, and audit-ready reporting for industrial and field teams.
• FitnessCS — Class scheduling, member management, billing, and trainer tools for gyms and fitness professionals.
• PropertyCS — Rent roll, maintenance tracking, tenant management, lease tracking, and owner intelligence for property managers.
• VibeCS — Cross-domain operator bridge connecting finance, service, assets, readiness, and focus workflows through tenant-aware controls and feature flags.
• TaskFlowCS — Project management, kanban tasks, time tracking, resource planning, and collaboration workflows for teams.
• DebtToIncomeCS — DTI calculator, debt tracker, payoff planner, and credit score tools. This product is provided free of charge with no subscription required.
• ReserveRunwayCS — Mortgage reserve runway calculator and financial planning tool. This product is provided free of charge with no subscription required.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ServioCS is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

4. Free Trial

New accounts for paid products (RestaurantCS, CustomerCS, StaffingCS, DustShieldCS, FitnessCS, PropertyCS, VibeCS, and TaskFlowCS) receive a 14-day free trial. The following conditions apply during and after the trial period:

• Full feature access is granted for the entire duration of the trial.
• No credit card is required to start a trial.
• No contract is required.
• If no payment method is added before the trial ends, portal access will be locked at the end of the trial period.
• Your data will be retained in a locked state for 30 days after trial expiry. If no payment is received within that 30-day window, your data will be permanently deleted.
• Adding a valid payment method at any point during or after the trial (within the 30-day retention window) will restore full access.
• DebtToIncomeCS and ReserveRunwayCS are free and are not subject to trial or billing terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal or another supported payment processor.
• You may cancel at any time through your payment provider. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Upon cancellation, your portal access will remain active until the end of the paid period, after which it will be locked. Data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation, then permanently deleted.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with ServioCS are the property of ServioCS and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Separate source-access, white-label, packaged-portal, or commercial licensing rights may be offered only through a written agreement. Public access to a product page or signup flow does not grant source code rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServioCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
